10:00        Welcome

Approval of February 2010 minutes – A correction was made to the minutes stating that the website domain fee is annual not monthly. Lorelei Kelly-Guiles made a motion to approve and Becky Berry seconded.  The minutes were unanimously approved.

Financial report – Crystine Rathburn gave a report of the financial status. Since the 2/24/10 meeting there has been $300 deposited and a debit of $250.12 for this meetings lunch from Stephanos. The balance is $744.40.

• Approval of updated Bylaws-James McCall made a motion and Veronica Moore seconded. The Bylaws were unanimously approved.
• Approval of November 2009 minutes-Wes Miller made a motion and Kristy Hughes seconded. The minutes were unanimously approved.
• Renee Proctor gave a financial update-$1000 in dues were collected from 40 members. $277.25 was paid for todays lunch from Stephanos. The website domain monthly fee is $18.16 plus an additional $9.97 for domain mapping. The bank balance is $694.52.
