Approval of updated Bylaws-James McCall made a motion and Veronica Moore seconded. The Bylaws were unanimously approved.
Approval of November 2009 minutes-Wes Miller made a motion and Kristy Hughes seconded. The minutes were unanimously approved.
Renee Proctor gave a financial update-$1000 in dues were collected from 40 members. $277.25 was paid for todays lunch from Stephanos. The website domain monthly fee is $18.16 plus an additional $9.97 for domain mapping. The bank balance is $694.52.
