ARTICLE VI – MEETINGS

The Pee Dee GIS User Group will meet quarterly for a total of four meetings throughout the year. The Pee Dee GIS User Group will hold at least one business meeting each year. Minutes of all meetings will be documented and distributed by the communications officer. Door prizes awarded during the meeting are limited to active members not having won a major prize during the past 8 meetings and not currently serving as officers or on special purpose committees. A major prize is classified as one valued at more than 100.00, those winning prizes with less than this value are exempt from this limitation.
